Bow Tie Law News: PFIC & eDiscovery Podcasts on iTunes

Paraben Forensic Innovation Conference

I am very excited for the 2012 Paraben Forensic Innovation Conference to be held November 3 to 6, 2012 in Park City, Utah. We will have a full eDiscovery & Deposition Bootcamp that includes outstanding attorneys and a Judicial Panel with New York State Judge Matthew Sciarrino, Federal Magistrate Judge David Nuffer and California State Judge Socrates Manoukian. I look forward to moderating the panel.

To learn more about PFIC, please visit the conference website or watch The Legal Geek interview with Amber Schroader, CEO of Paraben Corporation.

eDiscovery Educational Podcasts

I am happy to report I have created eDiscovery Podcasts now on iTunes.

Topics include an eDiscovery Overview, Initial Disclosures, Form of Production and a review of the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Stay tuned for more podcasts coming out each week.
